Essential information for media Media registration and transportation

Dear media participants：
歡迎您參加第四屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)。大會(huì)將于2017年12月3日至5日在中國(guó)浙江省桐鄉(xiāng)市烏鎮(zhèn)舉行。
Welcome to the Fourth World Internet Conference （WIC） in Wuzhen， Tongxiang of Zhejiang province from Dec 3-5.
1、交通信息
1.Transportation
大會(huì)組委會(huì)將為您提供從杭州蕭山機(jī)場(chǎng)、上海虹橋機(jī)場(chǎng)、上海浦東機(jī)場(chǎng)、高鐵杭州東站、高鐵上海虹橋站、高鐵桐鄉(xiāng)站到烏鎮(zhèn)會(huì)場(chǎng)的往返接送服務(wù)，我們的工作人員將會(huì)帶領(lǐng)您乘車(chē)。
The WIC Organizing Committee will provide shuttle service between the conference site and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport，Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport，Shanghai Pudong International Airport，Hangzhou East Railway Station， Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station， and Tongxiang High-speed Railway Station.Staff members from the conference organizing committee will guide the participants.
由于烏鎮(zhèn)西柵園區(qū)容量有限，自行前來(lái)（包括自駕車(chē)）的記者須到桐鄉(xiāng)高鐵站換乘大會(huì)接站班車(chē)前往注冊(cè)報(bào)到點(diǎn)。
Since the parking area is limited in Wuzhan West Gate Scenic Area， reporters coming to Wuzhen by themselves （including self-driving） will have to transfer to shuttle bus in Tongxiang High-speed Railway Station.
接站班車(chē)服務(wù)時(shí)間：12月2日（星期六）06：00-24：00
Shuttle bus service is available from 6：00 to 24：00 on Dec 2 （Saturday）.
2、注冊(cè)簽到
2.Media Registration
媒體現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注冊(cè)簽到點(diǎn)設(shè)在烏鎮(zhèn)黃金水岸大酒店。請(qǐng)您本人于12月2日憑有效護(hù)照/港澳臺(tái)居民通行證/身份證、記者證辦理簽到手續(xù)，領(lǐng)取大會(huì)媒體注冊(cè)卡及會(huì)議材料。
Onsite media registration service will be available in Gold River Side Hotel Wuzhen. Please register with valid identification document， including passport， mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents， identity card. Press card is also essential for the media registration. Conference registration card and conference materials will handed out.
注冊(cè)簽到服務(wù)時(shí)間：12月2日（星期六）08：00—24：00，根據(jù)大會(huì)安保和接待規(guī)定，請(qǐng)記者朋友們按規(guī)定時(shí)間報(bào)到。
Onsite registration will be open from 8：00 to 24：00 on Dec 2 （Saturday） and please register in designated time.
3、新聞中心
3.Media Center
大會(huì)新聞中心包括記者公共工作區(qū)、記者服務(wù)處、媒體公共采訪(fǎng)區(qū)、新聞發(fā)布廳、公共信號(hào)服務(wù)處等功能區(qū)塊，為大會(huì)記者提供全方位服務(wù)。
The conference media center will include public working area for reporters， reporters’ service center， public interview area， press conference room and multimedia center， providing all-round service to media reporters.
大會(huì)新聞中心將于12月2日正式開(kāi)放運(yùn)行。
The conference media center will open on Dec 2.
4、天氣
4.Weather
烏鎮(zhèn)隸屬桐鄉(xiāng)市地處東南沿海，屬典型的亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候。12月份氣候干燥，是當(dāng)?shù)氐亩?，體感溫度較低，請(qǐng)您攜帶冬衣，防寒保暖。
Wuzhen is located at the Southeast coast of China， and boasts a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Given the dry weather and low temperature in December， warm clothes are needed.
