JUBA, Nov. 4 -- Recently, over 300 peacekeepers of the 14th Chinese peacekeeping horizontal engineering company and Level-II hospital to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) were awarded the UN Peace Medal of Honor at the camp of Chinese peacekeeping engineers.

朱巴11月4日電  近日，聯(lián)合國駐南蘇丹特派團中國維和工兵營區(qū)內(nèi)，中國第14批赴南蘇丹（瓦烏）維和工兵、醫(yī)療分隊300余名官兵被授予聯(lián)合國“和平榮譽勛章”。

More than 160 guests, including UNMISS officials at all levels and the Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan, attended the medal-awarding ceremony. Lieutenant General Mohan Subramanian, Force Commander of the UNMISS, delivered a speech and issued commendations to the Chinese engineering and medical contingents.

特派團各級官員和中國駐南蘇丹大使等160余名嘉賓參加授獎儀式。聯(lián)南蘇團部隊司令莫漢中將發(fā)表致辭，并向中國工兵分隊、醫(yī)療分隊頒發(fā)嘉獎令。
